The team building experience at the Rossini Art Site
In 2024 we participated in a team building experience at the suggestive Rossini Art Site in Briosco. Besides strengthening bonds between colleagues, this event provided a unique opportunity to explore the artworks in the Park.
During the activity, the collaborators were divided into small groups. In turn, each was blindfolded and accompanied by the other members of the group to one of the sculptures in the park. Here, the colleagues described the work to those who could not see it, also trying to give an interpretation of its meaning and helping in a tactile exploration of it.
The blindfolded person then tried to draw the work based on the descriptions and tactile exploration. Once finished, we moved on to the next colleague, moving to a new installation. Every time a new stop was made, the site operators explained the story and meaning of the works previously explored.

Value of collaboration: teamwork
To facilitate the understanding of this value, we took a night walk in a local forest with all the members of Professional Link team.
The silence, the possibility of seeing animals, of observing the forest and the sky without electrical pollution, allowed us to share a rare experience, which ended with a moment of collective discussion about our experience.

Cucina di Quartiere: Team working
We carried out a collective baking activity in the context of the social cohesion project “Made in Corvetto” – Cucina di Quartiere – with the association La Strada, a non-profit organization founded in 1981 on the south-eastern outskirts of Milan to respond to the needs of people in difficulty.
For minors and adults, La Strada organizes and manages reception, care and training projects, especially for adolescents at risk, minors mistreated or abused, single mothers, the elderly and people with AIDS. As a result of the association’s nature, ours was a team building experience with social value, without sacrificing conviviality.

Cancellata PLINK: Team working
In order for Professional Link to achieve perfect coordination, its members must be in great cohesion. On Saturday 25 September 2021, we organized our first team building event to further develop this aspect. Quite simply, we painted the gate of our company. The activity was carried out in pairs, so both sides could be completed quickly. Professional painters unquestionably judged which couples did the best job, and rewarded them accordingly.
