Zero-waste cooking team building
At PLINK, we believe that the quality of relationships directly influences the quality of our work. For this reason, team building is not an occasional activity, but a recurring practice that helps strengthen mutual trust.
Our motto, Connections beyond connectivity, reflects a clear belief: technology creates connections, but it is relationships that generate value. This same principle guides the team-building initiatives we promote within our organization.
Zero-waste cooking team building
On October 17, 2026, PLINK team gathered in Milan for a team-building activity focused on sustainable cooking. The goal of the day was to demonstrate how creativity and careful use of resources can transform even what is normally considered waste into something valuable.
Divided into three groups, participants worked together to create different recipes, exchanging ideas, techniques, and approaches to manage the activity. The kitchen became a space where listening, coordination and the ability to work toward a common goal could be put into practice.
The day provided an opportunity to share skills, get to know one another better and experiment with new ways of collaborating in a setting outside everyday work routines. The experience concluded with a shared lunch featuring all the dishes prepared together.
An activity within the Eulero Project
The October 17 event is part of the Eulero Project, the organizational model through which PLINK promotes professional growth, values individual skills and encourages collaboration.
Experiences like this help strengthen the shared heritage of knowledge, relationships, and trust that makes our professional community stronger and enables us to face market challenges together.
An experience that reflects PLINK’s values
The initiative embodied several of the values that guide PLINK every day.
Collaboration
Each recipe was the result of contributions from multiple people. From planning to preparation, the success of the activity depended on the ability to collaborate and bring together different skills and ideas.
Culture
The day encouraged discussion, the sharing of experiences, and mutual learning, demonstrating how growth can also come through informal experiences enjoyed together.
Passion and commitment
Each team approached the challenge with enthusiasm, curiosity and attention to detail, turning the activity into a small laboratory for problem-solving.
Sustainability
The theme of food waste was the common thread running throughout the entire experience. Through the conscious use of ingredients, participants reflected on the value of resources and the importance of adopting more sustainable behaviours in everyday life.
